Just a quick note today. It is my day off and I have so much laundry to do it is beyond silly. Lucky for me there is a washer and dryer here at my home. No laundry mat for me. Such luxury.
January of 07 I made a commitment to ride my bike to work. Well, lots of things have happened in the last year and a half but I have kept up the bike riding. Now I ride around town and drive when I go outside of Alameda.
The big news is that I have lost over 45 lb. and three sizes.

Wow, that's awesome! You've looked great when I see you at the shop. You're brave to ride your bike. I'm a scaredy-cat and think I will get hit my a car so I never bought a bike in my adulthood. I'm a wimp! LOL
